Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated, all items are available for pre-order only. Orders are processed at the time of sale, and shipping times are calculated from when items are ready to ship, not from the order date.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S. States):
Flat Rate: $11.00
Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days from the date items are shipped.
Once your item has been produced and is ready to ship, domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
Availability: We offer worldwide shipping.
Customer Responsibility: All international shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Protective Packaging & Handling Surcharge: An additional $4.50 surcharge will apply to all international orders for protective packaging and handling.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Important Note: Customs, import duties, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may affect delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unrational.Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, any issues related to damaged. lost or stolen packages should be directed to the carrier. We recommend checking with your local post office or the carrier’s customer service for assistance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unrational.Shop is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Unrational.Shop is not liable for products damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We will assist in the process as much as possible, but responsibility lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
